1.10 Belief || Daily Hadith Online

Hadith from Sahih Bukhari

Narrated Abu Musa: Some people asked Allah's Apostle, "Whose Islam is the best? i.e. (Who is a very good Muslim)?" He replied, "One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongue and hands."

Translation


ابو موسی نے کہا: بعض لوگوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا، "کون اسلام سب سے بہتر ہے؟ یعنی (ایک بہت اچھا مسلمان کون ہے)؟" اس نے جواب دیا، "جو شخص اپنی زبان اور ہاتھوں سے مسلمانوں کو نقصان پہنچانے سے روکتا ہے."
Narration
Abu Musa narrated that  some people asked Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), "Whose Islam is the best? i.e. who is a very good Muslim?
 Prophet Muhammad replied that One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongue and hands.


1.9 Belief || Daily Hadith Online

Hadith from Sahih Bukhari 

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr: The Prophet said, "A Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue and hands. And a Muhajir (emigrant) is the one who gives up (abandons) all what Allah has forbidden."

Translation


حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمرو سے روایت کی گئی ہے: نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "ایک مسلمان ہے جو اپنی زبان اور ہاتھوں سے مسلمانوں کو نقصان پہنچانے سے روکتا ہے. اور ایک مہاجرین وہی ہے جو خدا نے حرام کیا ہے."


Narration

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Amr narrated the Prophet (PBUH)  said that a Muslim is the one who avoids harming Muslims with his tongue and hands. And a Muhajir i.e emigrant is the one who gives up (abandons) all what Allah has forbidden.

Hadith from Sahih Bukhari

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches (i.e. parts). And Haya' (This word "Haya'" covers a large number of concepts which are to be taken together; amongst them are self respect, modesty, bashfulness, and scruple, etc. Its predominant meaning is: pious shyness from committing religious indiscretions) is apart of faith."

Translation :-

ابو حریرہ نے حدیث نمبر: نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کہا، "ایمان (ایمان) سے زیادہ سٹی شاخیں (یعنی حصوں) پر مشتمل ہوتا ہے. اورہیا" (یہ لفظ "ہای" ایک بڑی تعداد کے تصورات کا احاطہ کرتا ہے جس میں ایک دوسرے کے ساتھ لے جایا جاتا ہے؛ خود کا احترام، عدم اطمینان، بشیرت، اور رکاوٹ وغیرہ وغیرہ. اس کا بنیادی معنی یہ ہے کہ: مذہبی بیماریوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے شدید شریعت) ایمان کے علاوہ ہے.

1.7 Belief || Daily Hadith Online

Hadith from Shahih Bukhari

Narrated Ibn `Umar: Allah's Apostle said: Islam is based on (the following) five (principles):
1. To testify that there is no deity (owing the right to be worshipped) but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah's Messenger.
2. To offer the (compulsory congregational) prayers dutifully and perfectly.
3. To pay Zakat (i.e. obligatory charity) .
4. To perform Hajj. (i.e. Pilgrimage to Mecca)
5. To observe fast during the month of Ramadan.

Translation 


ابن عمر نے روایت کی: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اسلام (مندرجہ ذیل) پانچ (اصول) پر مبنی ہے:
1. گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ کوئی معبود نہیں (عبادت کرنے کا حق) لیکن اللہ اور یہ کہ اللہ کا رسول ہے.
2. لازمی طور پر اور مکمل طور پر نماز (ضروری اجتماعی) کی پیشکش کرنے کے لئے.
3. زکات ادا کرنا (یعنی عارضی صدقہ).
4. حج انجام دینے کے لئے. (مثلا حج مکہ سے حج)
5. رمضان کے مہینے کے دوران روزہ رکھنا.

Hadith from Sahih Bukhari :-

`Abdullah bin `Abbas Narrated : Abu Sufyan bin Harb informed me that Heraclius had sent a messenger to him while he had been accompanying a caravan from Quraish. They were merchants doing business in Sham (Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan), at the time when Allah's Apostle had truce with Abu Sufyan and Quraish infidels. So Abu Sufyan and his companions went to Heraclius at Ilya (Jerusalem). Heraclius called them in the court and he had all the senior Roman dignitaries around him. He called for his translator who, translating Heraclius' question said to them, "Who amongst you is closely related to that man who claims to be a Prophet?" Abu Sufyan replied, "I am the nearest relative to him (amongst the group).

 Heraclius said, "Bring him (Abu Sufyan) close to me and make his companions stand behind him." Abu Sufyan added, Heraclius told his translator to tell my companions that he wanted to put some questions to me regardi…
